Cancellation Policy

At Digital Yogi Ankit Intrprises, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To maintain fairness and ensure smooth operations for all our students and instructors, we have set the following cancellation guidelines:


1. Class & Program Cancellations by the Student

  • Live Online Classes & Batch Programs:

    • You may cancel your enrollment up to 7 days before the program start date for a full credit or refund (as per our Refund Policy).

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable, but you may request to transfer your registration to a future batch or a different course, subject to availability.

  • One-to-One Private Sessions:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full rescheduling option.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged in full and no rescheduling will be possible.

  • Workshops & Special Events:

    • You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled event for a full credit or refund (see Refund Policy).

    • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.


2. Class & Program Cancellations by Digital Yogi Ankit

  • In rare cases where a class, workshop, or program needs to be cancelled due to low enrollment, technical issues, or instructor unavailability, we will:

    • Offer you a rescheduled date, or

    • Provide full credit towards another class, or

    • Issue a full refund as per your preference.

We strive to communicate any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.


3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice, the session is considered a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in denied entry into the session, especially for live online classes, to maintain the quality of instruction and minimize disruption.


4. Membership & Subscription Cancellations

  • If you hold a Silver, Gold, or Diamond membership:

    • You may cancel your subscription anytime by emailing infoyogiankit@gmail.com.

    • Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.


5. How to Cancel

To cancel a session, course, or membership, please contact us by:

  • Your full name

  • Class or course name

  • Scheduled date of the session


6. Policy Updates

We may update this Cancellation Policy periodically to reflect changes in our offerings and operations. The current version will always be available on our website.
