Refund Policy

1. Applicability

This Refund Policy applies to all online services by Digital Yogi Ankit Intrprises— including live and recorded yoga classes, workshops, and therapy programs—booked through digitalyogiankit.com.

2. Cancellation by Student

Free Demo Session:
Demo sessions are free of charge. No refunds apply.
Live Classes & Batch Programs:
You may request a refund up to 7 days before the program start date. A full refund (minus any payment processing fee) will be issued. Refund requests made fewer than 7 days prior will not be refunded.
Recorded Courses:
Refunds for recorded content (e.g. self‑paced modules) are allowed within 7 days of purchase, provided you have viewed less than 25% of the course content. If more than 25% has been accessed, no refund is possible.
Workshops/Special Events:
Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event’s start for a full refund (minus processing fees). Requests made later will receive credit toward future events.

3. Cancellation by Us

Digital Yogi Ankit reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases you will be offered:

A transfer to a different date or program of equal value, or
A full refund.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued in the original payment method.
Processing may take up to 10–14 business days, depending on banking/payment systems.
A small transaction fee (usually ₹50 or 2–3%) may be deducted from the refund.
You’ll receive confirmation via the registered email once processed.

5. No-Show / Partial Attendance

No refunds once a class has started or if you miss a session. You may join an equivalent future session of the same batch, subject to availability.
No partial refunds for missed classes.

6. How to Request a Refund

Your full name
Course name and start date
Reason for refund request

We’ll respond within 3 business days to guide you through the process.

7. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy occasionally. The current version will always be posted on the website with the latest effective date.
